Our Vision ValuePak is a low-cost benefit that almost all individuals should have. Receiving regular eye examinations from an eye or vision care professional can prevent many diseases that may deteriorate your vision or worse. Routine vision exams can also reveal health problems such as diabetes or high blood pressure.

Through our strategic alliance with Florida Optometric Physicians Network, our members can save 15% to 50% off the retail price of eyewear. You are eligible at fixed rates, on exams, eye glasses and contact lenses including access to independent optometrists, ophthalmologists, and opticians. Member will recieve comprehensive eye exam(s) for $40 which includes:

• Vision evaluation
• Intraocular pressure evaluation to check glaucoma
• Dilated eye exam to determine eye health and to look for diseases
  such as high blood pressure and diabetes.
• External eye health evaluation
• In addition members will receive one standard contact lens fitting, one
  follow up visit & one pair of covered contact lenses per year with a $100 fee.
• Affordable laser vision correction at pre-contracted fees.
